hospitality brand One&Only, announces the unprecedented opportunity for buyers to build a custom home designed with One&Only Resorts and RLH Properties. Ranging in size from 9,514 to 13,670 square feet, the 10 lots will span the property’s famed mountaintops and feature dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean’s deep blue waters, The Flatlands’ vast equestrian and golf landscapes and the lushly forested cliffs of the Sierra Madre Occidental. The offering will be a part of the exclusive collection of One&Only Mandarina Private Homes, heralded as the first One&Only branded residences to ever come to market, and will be fully serviced by the resort. Prices for the lots start at $2.85m.

Located just minutes from the One&Only Mandarina resort, the newly available exclusive enclaves will accommodate homes of all sizes and lifestyles. To incorporate their personal style and taste, owners will work directly with RLH Properties and One&Only on the design, while staying true to the ethos and aesthetic of One&Only, ensuring that all 55 Private Homes in the collection remain cohesively connected to the Mandarina community. Unique features such as private fitness centers, offices and more can also be included.
In addition to a custom One&Only Mandarina Private Home, owners will also have access to all of Mandarina’s resort-wide amenities, including exceptional dining, beach clubs, spas and adventure and water activities, as well as the Mandarina Polo & Equestrian Club, located within a sprawling green landscape between the property’s mountain peaks known as The Flatlands, replete with state-of-the-art polo grounds, stables and riding trails. In 2025, Mandarina will open the Mandarina Golf Club, a Greg Norman-designed golf club at The Flatlands, featuring a 10-hole short course with each hole taking inspiration from famous holes around the world.
