Vivo Resorts & Residences continues to grow with new laguna, marino, nautico and Botanica buildings

Marino’s luxury beachfront residences offer 933 sq.ft. one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom suites of approximately 1073 sq.ft. Although it is yet to be finalized, over 90 percent of the residences have been sold.

OAXACA, MEXICO – Vivo Resorts & Residences, an oceanfront gated community located in Oaxaca's Emerald Coast founded by two-time Olympian downhill skier and World Cup champion Cary Mullen, continues expanding with new property offerings.

The development launched sales in 2009 and at full build-out will feature 114 private homes and over 400 condos. Today, it is another step closer to that goal with the completion of its 20-residence condominium Laguna, which opened its doors to owners this past March. Construction on the next residence, 31-suite Marino, is well under way with concrete poured for six of eight floors.

Marino's luxury beachfront residences offer 933 sq.ft. one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom suites of approximately 1073 sq.ft. Although it is yet to be finalized, over 90 percent of the residences have been sold.

The foundation of a third tower, the 28-suite all-beachfront, Nautico has already been completed, and the building's first floor will begin construction mid-June. Also selling at a rapid rate, Nautico has 20 condos already sold, more than  70 percent of the units. The building includes one, two, and three-bedroom suites starting at $339,900 USD. Upon completion, Nautico and Marino will feature a spacious beachside pool with swim-up bar.

"Puerto Escondido is growing in popularity, and the demand for new investment opportunities is increasing," said Cary Mullen, president and founder of Vivo Resorts. "Vivo is a place where three generations can stay and play together. It was the result of a long search for not only the perfect investment but also the perfect getaway for my own family."

For Vivo Resorts, value and diversity are the essential factors that led to the addition of Botanica to the masterplan. The low-rise condo buildings surrounded by gardens and pool courtyards are in the pre-construction phase and upon completion will feature one- and two-bedroom tropical condo suites offering indoor and outdoor garden living.

Vivo has also introduced a limited number of in-house financing plans and manages a hotel-like rental program for owners looking to rent their properties to guests while away.

The 53,000-square-foot Clubhouse is the centerpiece of the resort for both owners and hotel guests. Debuted late 2017, the Clubhouse offers a rich variety of amenities and activities including, an open-air spa with a traditional Temazcal; a fully equipped ocean-view fitness facility with a separate yoga/fitness class studio; meeting and working spaces; a farm and sea-to-table restaurant (Ernesto's); and lounge bar (Mezcalina's) featuring Oaxacan fare and mixology. A Kid's Club with activities for children, three pools (with more in the pipeline), pickleball courts and tennis courts, and a range of on-property entertainment is also added-value for a community that puts quality of life first.
