WebHotelier selects Revinate to power their hotels with online reputation data

API integration gives all WebHotelier hotel clients insight into their online reputation scores, allowing hotels to interact and engage with their guest reviews.

Revinate announces its partnership with WebHotelier, a booking engine and channel manager for over 3,000 properties in Greece, Turkey, and Italy. WebHotelier uses Revinate’s API to power a snapshot of hotel reputation data across channels. WebHotelier customers can get a glimpse of Revinate’s state-of-the-art Reputation Management Suite directly from their management portal on the WebHotelier dashboard.

With Revinate’s integrated data, WebHotelier customers can now see their average review ratings across top review channels and booking sites, including TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia, HRS, Google, and more. They can drill into detail from recent property level reviews, all in one place, pulled from multiple online review sites and online travel agencies. Revinate customers also see benefits to this relationship, as WebHotelier now links directly to the Revinate application. Customers can now access their Revinate accounts from WebHotelier in one easy click.

Dimitris Hondros, Director of Sales Administration at Grecotel Hotels & Resorts in Athens says of the partnership, “WebHotelier is our booking engine of choice, and has significantly increased our online sales over the past three years. We were very happy to learn of their partnership with Revinate, the reputation management solution we use to manage online reviews and social media mentions. The partnership will provide hoteliers with important competitive intelligence [to assist] with daily revenue management activities.” Other customers of both Revinate and WebHotelier, including Hotel Brain and Aquila Hotels and Resorts, are also excited about the benefits of the joint partnership.

“Having achieved a reputation for top quality and best-of-breed service, we are focused on developing new business relationships with industry leaders to complement our flagship WebHotelier product,” says Victor Matsas, CEO of WebHotelier. “Allowing the exchange of information between the WebHotelier and Revinate systems via the Revinate API was a bold move, and we think this can be a game changer for our industry,” he adds.

WebHotelier is an exciting new partnership for Revinate, who is already viewed globally as the gold standard in online reputation management for hospitality. Marc Heyneker, Co-Founder and VP of Sales says, “Revinate’s API makes our reputation data available on partner platforms beyond our own application, allowing hotels to interact and engage with their reviews and rating in new ways and places. Having a booking engine like WebHotelier select Revinate as a partner is a great testament to the strength and value of our solution in Europe, and helps strengthen our position across the global market.”
