AMSTERDAM, NL. – WeTravel, the all-in-one travel management platform that has supported the operations of travel businesses for 10 years–unveiled the complete list of speakers for its second-annual virtual Travel Innovation Summit for multi-day, group travel professionals.

The virtual event by WeTravel, with all the elements of an in-person conference, takes place from September 10 to 12, 2024. With thousands of attendees and many global sponsors and exhibitors, the Summit will connect multi-day, group travel professionals from a variety of travel segments and markets for discussions on the latest trends in direct and indirect bookings, technology and product development, facilitate meaningful connections through virtual exhibition booths and sponsored networking events hosted by hosted by Travolution, Tourism Cares, European Tourism Association (ETOA), Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) and the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA).

“When we built the sessions and thought about speakers, we wanted to ensure we’re representing every geography, every operator and every person in the discussions,” said Morgan Mostrom, WeTravel’s community manager. “From some of the big names like TUI, G Adventures, Stripe and American Express (AMEX) Global Business Travel to some of our clients who’ve grown highly-successful businesses to our internal team, we believe the speakers will challenge all aspects of how we operate multi-day, group travel, from the way we create tours focused on women+ and sustainability to the way payment options impact bookings to larger discussions on technology and direct and indirect bookings.”

The confirmed speakers for this year’s Summit represent AAA-Club Adventures, Airwallex, Atlas Obscura Adventures, Biliki AI, Equator AI, Exodus Adventure Travels, Guest Focus, GLP Films, Intrepid Travel, the International LGBTQ+ Travel Association (IGLTA), Kaptio, Largay Travel, Rooted, The Travel Corporation, The Travel Foundation, Tourpreneur, TourRadar, The Luxury Travel Advisor Academy, and more. Daily networking sessions are hosted by Tourism Cares, ATTA, USTOA, ETOA and Travolution.

Last year’s virtual Summit brought together more than 2,000 attendees representing over eight key travel markets to participate in expert-led discussions. Building on the success of last year’s event, this Travel Innovation Summit has expanded from a one-day virtual event to three days to include more sessions and enhanced networking opportunities.

“Hosting this event virtually allows us to bring together travel professionals from all corners of the globe, providing an unparalleled opportunity to connect with industry experts who might otherwise be out of reach,” said Mostrom.
