The Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre announces TastePro, a new sales event for fast food, food product, hotel, and restaurant industries, launching April 7-8, 2027. Aimed at providing a streamlined and impactful experience, the event focuses on networking and showcasing innovations, with minimal setup for exhibitors.

Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre is set to launch a new sales event, TastePro, aimed at fast food, food product, hotel, and restaurant industry professionals in the spring of 2027. Sales for this new event have just begun, with the inaugural TastePro opening its doors on 7–8 April 2027.

TastePro, the new sales event for the fast food, food product, hotel, and restaurant sectors, offers businesses and industry professionals an efficient platform for meetings and networking. TastePro will complement Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre’s cluster of food-related events (branded as Messukeskus) and will be held in alternate years with the Gastro Helsinki trade fair.

TastePro is designed around an agile, efficient, and impactful participation model, where the required preparation for exhibitors is minimised, while maximising the potential for business success.

“All a participating company needs to do is select their desired stand size and provide us with their brand materials, and we’ll take care of the rest, delivering a fully equipped smart booth. This way, every company showcasing at TastePro can immediately focus on what matters most: making sales, collecting leads, and meeting the right professionals,” says Noora Haatainen, Business Manager in charge of the event.

In addition to the exhibition booths, TastePro offers visitors a delectable and enticing programme: inspiring discussions, the latest innovations and technologies, and the opportunity to network with top industry leaders. The main stage will feature interesting presentations and panel discussions, while the Wine, Beer & Spirits, Innovations, and Food Lab theme areas will showcase the latest products and solutions in the field. TastePro also provides exhibitors the opportunity to become programme partners.

TastePro is a proprietary production of Messukeskus. As Finland’s largest event venue, Messukeskus is known for its broad industry expertise, effective marketing, and commitment to sustainable, certified practices.

Event sales are already underway, with an Early Bird participation discount available for businesses until the end of 2024.
