The lunchtime event will be hosted on 17 th September by Friends House, the Euston based conference centre that recently gained Greengage ECOsmart Platinum accreditation as one of the greenest venues in London.
Maidenhead based consulting and accreditation company, Greengage Travel & Event Solutions, is collaborating with Quiet Company, Trident Hospitality and UK Harvest to create a unique event to highlight the interlinked challenges of climate change and food waste.
Targetted at hospitality, events and travel professionals “No Planning, No Planet” aims to provide food for thought on how the industry can pro-actively adapt to promote a more sustainable approach.
The lunchtime event will be hosted on 17 th September by Friends House, the Euston based conference centre that recently gained Greengage ECOsmart Platinum accreditation as one of the greenest venues in London.
As the centre piece UK Harvest, the food rescue and education charity, will be preparing a three-course lunch for guests using rescued produce to illustrate the issue of food waste and the creative ways it can be addressed.
Speakers include Andrew Perolls – CEO of Greengage Travel & Event Solutions ,Paul Henderson-Grey – CEO of The Quiet Company, Liz Woodsell – COO of UKHarvest and Kevan Holland – Director of Trident Hospitality Consultancy.

The “No Planning, No Planet” event will be held at Friends House, 173-177 Euston Road, London NW1 2BJ on 17th September 2021 between 12.00 and 3.00 pm.
