CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. – Break the Ice Media (BTI), a travel, tourism and hospitality-focused marketing firm, announces two new hires and promotions.
A previous intern, Colleen Senglaub joins the team as Associate Consultant. She brings nearly three years of in-house restaurant and winery marketing knowledge to the agency. In her new position, Senglaub will support clients through digital marketing, public relations, content creation and strategy. Senglaub received her bachelor’s degree in Media Management from St. John Fisher College and a master’s in communications from S.I. Newhouse School at Syracuse University. She resides just outside of Lake George and Saratoga, two of New York’s biggest tourism hubs.
Mary Eggert serves as a Travel Trade Coordinator. She provides client support through writing and developing content, implementing strategies and executing client project plans. Eggert holds a bachelor’s degree in Destination Management with a minor in French from Niagara University. She brings valuable experience planning group tours and educational trips, international travel and customer service in hotel guest relations. Mary resides in Buffalo, New York, near one of the biggest gateways to Canada, Niagara Falls.

Vicky is the co-founder of TravelDailyNews Media Network where she is the Editor-in Chief. She is also responsible for the daily operation and the financial policy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales.
She has many years of both academic and industrial experience within the travel industry. She has written/edited numerous articles in various tourism magazines.
