Duncan Palmer appointed as Managing Director at Bvlgari Hotel London, bringing over 40 years of luxury hospitality experience to enhance guest experiences and drive success.

Bvlgari Hotel London announce the appointment of Duncan Palmer as Managing Director. Duncan brings extensive global experience to the role having spent over 40 years in senior management positions within the luxury hospitality industry. Duncan joins Bvlgari Hotel London from The Beaumont Mayfair, where he led an extensive renovation and extension. In his new role, Duncan will apply his leadership expertise to deliver Bvlgari’s impeccable and authentic guest experience, whilst driving the hotel’s continued success as one of Knightsbridge’s most iconic hotels.

Formerly Managing Director of The Murray Hong Kong, Duncan has also held senior hotel roles with the Langham Hospitality group as Regional Vice President, Europe and Managing Director of The Langham, London. His experience also spans positions as General Manager at The Sukhothai, Bangkok and the Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta. Closer to home, Duncan has also held the position of General Manager at The Connaught and The Savoy in London.
