Charley Morales joins the C. Baldwin Hotel team with over two decades of experience within the hospitality industry.
HOUSTON, TX – Downtown Houston luxe property, the C. Baldwin Hotel, announce the appointment of Charley Morales as general manager. In this role, Morales will oversee operations at the 354-key property, with a focus on guest services, recruiting and budget management.
Morales joins the C. Baldwin Hotel team with over two decades of experience within the hospitality industry. A Texas native, Morales comes from The Laura Hotel in Houston where he served as the general manager, thoughtfully leading the team through the hotel’s opening phase. He additionally held general manager and operations roles at distinguished brands including Sheraton Music City, The Westin Park Central and The Westin Dallas Downtown. Recognized for his hotel management, leadership, as well as employee engagement, Morales has received a multitude of industry awards including Best in Class General Manager by HEI Hotels and Resorts. He currently serves as an active board member of the Houston Hospitality Alliance.
