SilverDoor promotes Alex Neale to Chief Supply Officer, enhancing client service and safety in their global property network.
SilverDoor, leading provider of serviced accommodation for business travel, announces the promotion of Alex Neale to Board Member and Chief Supply Officer, effective immediately.
Neale has been with SilverDoor since 2009 and has held a number of account management roles, and most recently as Senior Vice President Partner Relationships. In his new role he will be responsible for working with SilverDoor’s property partner network to ensure they continue to exceed client expectations across all areas of operation including technology and health and safety.
Commenting on his promotion, Stuart Winstone, CEO, SilverDoor said, “Alex has been an outstanding ambassador for SilverDoor, representing us at conferences worldwide, especially at events such as the European Relocation Association and the Corporate Housing Providers Association, in which he has taken on leading roles, spoken on panels, and moderated sessions. Furthermore, I was extremely pleased to see him graduate from the Institute of Travel Management mentoring scheme at the Annual Achievement Awards last summer.
“Instant booking technology, and compliance with health, safety and security requirements are increasingly driving our clients’ booking preferences, so our supply chain has a crucial role to play in ensuring their properties demonstrably meet these needs.
“The Board-level leadership and strategy that Alex will provide, will drive the continuous expansion and development of our global property partner network, and ensure that it remains the best, the safest, and the most highly vetted, portfolio available on the market.”
Neale added, “SilverDoor has undergone incredible growth in recent times which would not be possible without our continued investment in both our property partners as well as our client relationships. My new role offers an exciting opportunity to work more closely with our property partner network to support that growth even further in the future and I look forward to getting started!”
