LONDON – Dorchester Collection’s contemporary Mayfair hotel, 45 Park Lane, has appointed Tomas Kracalik as bar manager at BAR 45.
Renowned for its outstanding service and hand-crafted signature cocktails, Tomas brings over a decade of experience to BAR 45 having managed some of London’s top bars including Gymkhana, Skylon, The Botanist and, most recently, 10° at Galvin at Windows on Park Lane.
Tomas comments on his appointment: “The menu and drinks selection at BAR 45 has been among the best in London for over 10 years. In this next chapter, I look forward to further elevating the bar offering at the hotel, mixing up its classic and signature cocktails as well as introducing new, creative serves.”
BAR 45 was launched in September 2011 by Wolfgang Puck to accompany his modern American steak restaurant, CUT at 45 Park Lane. Since then, BAR 45 has offered a sophisticated and lively atmosphere and has become renowned for its famous Negroni cocktail and 45 Park Lane’s own Negroni Trolley.
