Mr. Leigh Fereday – Chief Information Officer of Air Adelphi commented: “Changing any system can be a daunting task as you try to remember all the intricacies of the current system and why things are done a certain way.  Maybe some of the team involved with the original system have moved on or maybe they are process changes all of which need to be considered.  Our decision to change systems was born out of the need for better reporting and better integration with existing systems, to provide an improved experience for both passengers and agents.  Working with the AeroCRS team was easy, a genuinely pleasant experience, there were no stupid questions and someone always responded to us quickly.  AeroCRS clearly understands the industry well and also understands that their customers have differing and unique needs which they try to accommodate. Thank you AeroCRS!”

Mr. Meir Hadassi-Turner, Founder & CEO of AeroCRS said: “We are very happy to complete Air Adelphi’s migration to AeroCRS from its previous solution, and provide the airline with more options to manage their operations, using our agile and user-friendly solutions. Due to the closure of the islands in the Caribbean because of the current situation, we had some delays but I'm happy that both of the teams worked together  and successfully managed to complete the migration.”
