Air Astana appoints Aviareps as GSA in the United Kingdom and in Ireland

Aviareps to support Air Astana as General Sales Agent in the UK and in Ireland.

MUNICH, GERMANY – Air Astana, the national airline of Kazakhstan, appointed Aviareps as General Sales Agent (GSA) in the United Kingdom and in Ireland. With immediate effect, Aviareps will provide year-round sales, reservations and ticketing services for Air Astana in the markets.

Air Astana operates flights to more than 60 international and domestic destinations from its main hubs in Almaty and Nur-Sultan. In May 2022, the airline celebrated the 20th anniversary of its commercial flight from Almaty to Nur-Sultan. Over the last 20 years the airline carried almost 60 million passengers and more than 250,000 tons of cargo, with 600,000 flights operated. Air Astana currently operates the route London Heathrow – Almaty three times a week with connecting flights to the Central Asian capitals Tashkent, Bishkek and Dushanbe. Aviareps local expert team in the UK will help Air Astana grow its presence in the UK and Ireland and increase sales in these markets. Aviareps now represents Air Astana in a total of 5 markets: Germany, Austria, Italy, UK and Ireland.
