APG network celebrates its 100th partner ailines on its IET platform

French Bee (BF), LAM Mozambique (TM) and SATA Air Acores (SP) selected APG IET to increase their global sales.

Thanks to airlines looking to find new revenue streams in these challenging times, APG has now reached a milestone of 100 airlines on its IET platform with 3 new airlines implemented in the last 3 weeks. French Bee (BF), LAM Mozambique (TM) and SATA Air Acores (SP) selected APG IET to increase their global sales and took the number of partner airlines available for sale on APG Airlines (GP-275) to 100.

Ophelie Cherdrong, APG IET Executive Product Director, commented: “In only 3 years we have rebuilt our IET product with APG Airlines. We thank all our airline clients who have shown confidence in APG for their global distribution. We also thank the travel agents all over the world for their trust in our product.” Over 100,000 IATA or non-IATA travel agents can ticket our partner airlines in over 170 countries worldwide using our validating codes GP-275.

Ophelie Cherdrong also added “along the way to 100 airlines, we have also been able to help start-up or ticketless airlines, such as AlbaStar, to become ticketable on all GDSs. In only 2 weeks, we can load their flights on GDS under our own code giving quick, cost effective and simple access to sales worldwide. With APG, airlines can easily tap into new secure revenue streams in these challenging times.”
