ASKA Hotels sees reputation increase through TrustYou partnership

Direct Bookings, Online Reputation, Guest Feedback and Management Responsiveness improved by implementing TrustYou’s guest feedback platform.

MUNICH – The guest feedback platform TrustYou has helped ASKA Hotels, a fast-growing chain of all-inclusive, luxury hotels in Turkey, improve its guest experience and online reputation by implementing the TrustYou guest feedback platform. As a result of the partnership, ASKA hotels has seen a big increase of its online reputation, consistent growth in guest sentiment, and a dramatic uptick in direct bookings.

Among the results of the partnership, ASKA Hotels now boasts: 

  • 96% positive feedback across online reviews, which helps to increase direct sales
  • Between 10 and 12% increase of sentiment scores across reviews that mention Food, Service, Room Cleanliness and Overall Vibe.
  • An almost 300% increase of the response rate to online reviews since implementing TrustYou’s platform
