Addition marks brand’s first East Coast offering along Florida’s County Road 30A, which is home to a collection of beautiful Florida Beach towns.

DESTIN, FLA. – AvantStay, the premier next-generation hospitality platform redefining how people travel, continues its rapid growth. The brand has introduced 12 properties in Destin, Fla., along Florida’s popular 30A, a collection of small, unique, beautiful beach towns nestled between the much busier areas of Panama City and Destin along County Road 30A. The launch of the properties represents AvantStay’s entrance to Florida.

“There has been a noticeable exodus to Florida largely from areas in the Northeast. We are confident our 30A properties will attract those seeking a warmer climate and relaxed lifestyle in a home that’s fully equipped to accommodate remote work,” stated AvantStay’s founder and CEO Sean Breuner. “As vaccine distribution continues in 2021, we anticipate seeing great interest from travelers embarking on ‘vaxications,’ especially those from surrounding drive markets like Montgomery, New Orleans, and Atlanta.”

The properties include:

  • Lyle, an eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom home
  • Polly, a seven-bedroom, five-bathroom home
  • Blue Jay, a six-bedroom, five-bathroom home
  • Hourglass, a six-bedroom, four-bathroom home
  • Florence, a six-bedroom home, five-bathroom home
  • Topsail, a six-bedroom, four-bathroom home
  • Coral, a six-bedroom, three-bathroom home
  • Pineapple House, a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home
  • Sand Dollar, a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home
  • Harper, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home
  • Marina, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home
  • Pearl, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home

AvantStay’s expansion into the Southeast comes after its recent international announcement of entering Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Currently in 60 cities, the brand plans to be in over 100 cities by the end of 2021. AvantStay saw a 1,752% increase in its bookings from 2017 to 2020 and expects its 30A assets will cater to continued demand.

As Americans continue to show interest in living and working remotely, AvantStay’s spacious properties are suitable for anyone looking to change up their scenery. For those looking to travel in large groups (inclusive of intimate business meetings/retreats), all AvantStay homes are equipped with experiential amenities such as pools, hot tubs, BBQ pits, private patios, billiards, and mini-golf. Plus, AvantStay has an award-winning in-house design team that outfits each space with high-end furniture and fixtures, localized decor, and more.

“As we gain greater flexibility to work remotely, short-term rental brands are attracting a new breed of nomadic travelers, who crave a change of scenery in beautiful settings with all the luxuries of home still available,” stated Breuner. “Whether it be a workcation, a staycation with family or a reunion with a group of friends, AvantStay’s properties are designed for every traveler.”

AvantStay assures a highly curated experience customized to guests’ needs, using a proprietary tech suite to power bookings, seamlessly operationalize in-field and remote management, and activate authentic and elevated consumer touchpoints.

Through its mobile app, guests can access contactless check-in, add-on services and a personal concierge at their fingertips, with the option to utilize fridge stock services, book a private in-home chef, schedule mid-stay cleans, and more. AvantStay communicates with guests throughout each stay to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
