With more product offerings Avoya accelerates growth and enhances vacation planning experience.

FT. LAUDERDALE, FLA. – Avoya Travel has made a significant investment to expand its product portfolio and accelerate growth through a new partnership with The Mark Travel Corporation. By making more resort vacations available to Avoya travelers and accessing new customer bases, Avoya continues to further scale its vacation platform, enhance the consumer experience, and increase sales opportunities for Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network to grow their businesses.

The new partnership combines the best of Avoya and Mark Travel’s advanced technologies and product offerings to provide customers with more full-service booking options and to increase booking efficiencies for Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network. Together, Mark Travel and Avoya created custom technology that empowers Avoya Network members with access to more resort products and promotions than ever before and integrates a more seamless booking process through Agent Power – Avoya’s award-winning Travel Agency Operating System.

In conjunction with the partnership launch, Avoya built a more modern experience for travelers online at www.AvoyaTravel.com with newly added resort product and destination pages that offer customers more rich content, promotions, and booking options. Combining this with the personal service and value of the Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network, Avoya has created a unique and even better way for travelers to book resort vacations.

The company’s move to offer more resort vacations to customers and generate more selling opportunities for the Avoya Network is powered by the innovative Avoya 2025 plan that was recently announced at Avoya’s 2018 Conference. Avoya 2025 sets the course for creating more powerful customer experiences that combine modern technologies with personal service of Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network as well as generating deeper collaboration with supplier partners. Avoya’s Mark Travel partnership is part of the first phase of the 2025 plan and reinforces Avoya’s innovative position in the marketplace. It further strengthens Avoya’s Shared Success model, supporting Avoya’s desire to continue to expand its product portfolio in the leisure travel space and serve customers for their vacations of choice.

“The Mark Travel Corporation is very excited to partner with Avoya Travel to bring the best resort vacation products together with the expertise and value of Independent Agencies in the Avoya Travel Network,” said Jacki Marks, Executive Vice President, The Mark Travel Corporation. “We’re confident that travel-intent customers will experience the best in vacation planning and booking, and we look forward to shaping the future of travel with Avoya Travel.”

“We’re thrilled to embark on this new partnership with The Mark Travel Corporation and begin introducing Avoya Travel customers to their portfolio of excellent vacation products,” said Jeff Anderson, Executive Vice President, Avoya Travel. “Through our strategic partnership, Avoya Travel is better poised to become an obvious consumer choice for full service vacation planning by providing value and options for travel beyond cruising.”
