MIRAMAR BEACH, FLA. – Beachy, a leading provider of next-generation solutions and services for the country’s leading resorts, announced that Destination Kohler – which is part of Kohler Co. – has successfully deployed its innovative mobile point-of-sale (POS) solution in multiple areas of the five-star resort’s hospitality operation. Beachy’s advanced 5G communication protocol, sunlight-friendly interface and UX designed for conversational ordering, make it ideal for operations located everywhere resort guests want to be, including golf courses, pools, beaches and outdoor event spaces.
The Destination Kohler team installed Beachy’s mobile POS solution, Beachy Food & Beverage, at the Whistling Straits golf course and realized the solution could improve guest service at several additional outlets. The team deployed the solution to serve guests at outdoor spaces of the Lodge Kohler hotel in Green Bay, setting up satellite bars with Beachy’s unique, sunlight-friendly tablets. To date, Kohler has deployed Beachy Food & Beverage on the world-renowned golf courses of Whistling Straits, at Lodge Kohler in Green Bay, and for its popular retail chocolate business in Chicago – with plans to expand to additional resort outlets later this year.

By expanding its F&B operations to other areas, Kohler is seeing uninterrupted communication between servers and kitchen staff, and improved guest satisfaction scores due to higher speed of service.
