Brand new LUMA Concept Hotel London joins HotelREZ

LUMA Concept Hotel London is a new flagship hotel conceived by Heeton Hospitality, scheduled to open in Hammersmith in the first quarter of 2017.

Opening this April, LUMA Concept Hotel London promises to shine a new light on West London's hotel scene. It is the latest property to join HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts' independent portfolio in the city.

LUMA Concept Hotel London is a new flagship hotel conceived by Heeton Hospitality, scheduled to open in Hammersmith in the first quarter of 2017. The newly built property takes inspiration from the nearby Osram lightbulb factory dating from 1881, and part of the historic fabric of the neighbourhood. The hotel comprises 87 design-led guestrooms with complimentary high-speed WiFi and air conditioning throughout.

General Manager Ally Pasaprates, who joins the new Heeton Hospitality brand, explains: "I am delighted to join Heeton Hospitality as it expands its hotel operations, with the latest addition to the collection becoming its fifth property in the United Kingdom. There is a great buzz and excitement to head the launch of a new brand to London and the warmth of welcome from both the local community and my industry colleagues is compelling."

Part of this new hotel concept is "Naked Stay", a type of accommodation experience designed to strip away to the bare essentials to enhance the things guests need most. This includes a complimentary grab-and-go breakfast and check-in service. Inside the rooms, tech-ready spaces full of witty, unexpected touches, and plush bedding are a standard.

In addition, the hotel's proximity to the Chiswick Business Park – just four stops on the London Underground – and to the local area's entertainment and industry make it the perfect accommodation option for business travellers.

Pasaprates continues: "Although there have been a lot of changes in terms of businesses moving into and out of Hammersmith, the borough still has a fine reputation for its base of pharmaceuticals, media and start-up companies. Combine this with the excellent transport links, and being only a short stroll from one of the loveliest stretches of the Thames, and you have one of the most exciting locations in London today."
