Breezeway’s ELEVATE Summit returns for a second year

The Summit is the only vacation-rental event dedicated to back-of-house property care, operations, communication, and safety.

BOSTON, U.S. – Breezeway, the leading property operations and service platform for hospitality professionals, announced the return of its successful ELEVATE Summit for 2022.

In its inaugural year, the two-day virtual Summit attracted over 800 registrants and 600 live attendees. Over 40 panelists participated in the event, including senior spokespeople from multinational companies including Expedia Group, Marriott, and ALTIDO, industry influencers Matt Landau and Amy Hinote, to property care and housekeeping professionals from around the world. The speakers presented and debated topics such as elevating quality in vacation rental supply, the transformative effect of texting on guest service, understanding owner expectations, and the optimization of technology stacks.

ELEVATE 2.0 will be no exception in the caliber of speakers or discussions. Taking place on March 9th – 10th, 2022, the Summit will retain the same dynamic format: over a dozen 25-minute panel sessions that provide an open forum for discussing best practices across the future of property preparation, guest communication and the professionalization of the industry.

We were really impressed by the response to last year’s ELEVATE Summit,” said Jeremy Gall, Founder & CEO of Breezeway. “The turn-out proved the clear need for a dedicated event on property operations at a time of the industry’s rapid technological change, sky-high guest expectations, and an unpredictable travel landscape. As the industry continues to mature and professionalize, the importance of property operations will continue to climb. Next year’s speakers will impart even more rich content, ultimately equipping  attendees with insights to elevate their vacation rental business.”
