The award recognizes Avoya and the Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network for top Celebrity Cruises sales and dedication to providing travelers with exceptional service and vacation value. This is the fifth time Avoya has earned one of Celebrity Cruises’ top travel partner awards, having been honored in 2009, 2011, 2014, and 2016.
The Host Agency of the Year award is one of the top travel agency partner distinctions given by Celebrity Cruises. It honors Avoya's unparalleled ability to generate customer demand for Celebrity Cruises through its innovative Live Leads program, which successfully connects new customers with travel experts in the Avoya Network using proprietary patented technology.
