Chain4Travel implements award winning blockchain concept for the travel industry

The German Travel Industry Club annually recognizes outstanding solutions and players in the travel industry. In the Travel Technology category, Chain4Travel has been awarded for its future-oriented set up of the Camino blockchain for the global travel sector.

BAAR, SWITZERLAND – Chain4Travel, with its blockchain based main net Camino specifically designed for the travel industry, is recognized by an international jury from the travel industry, having just received the Travel Technology Award 2022 from the German Travel Industry Club (TIC). In parallel, this innovative start-up is also shortlisted for “Best Technology Innovation” by Travolution in the UK.

“As a technology start-up in the travel sector, this award and nomination are a great honor, and demonstrate that the revolutionary potential of Camino is being recognized”, said Thomas Stirnimann, COO of Chain4Travel.

The German Travel Industry Club annually recognizes outstanding solutions and players in the travel industry. In the Travel Technology category, Chain4Travel has been awarded for its future-oriented set up of the Camino blockchain for the global travel sector.

At the same time, Chain4Travel is also shortlisted as “Best Technology Innovation” by Travolution. The Travolution Awards are the biggest annual celebration of talent and achievements in the online travel sector in the UK and beyond. The award for “Best Technology Innovation” will be presented to a technology provider and/or travel organization considered to have developed the most innovative software or hardware product for the travel sector. The Chain4Travel team looks forward to attending this exciting event later this year.

Ralf Usbeck, CEO of Chain4Travel, is delighted: “We receive lots of positive feedback from the international travel industry.” All travel companies are invited to join the blockchain based network to lay the foundation for future Web3 decentralized applications (dApps).
