Simon Mullen, Managing Director, 141WRS Ltd, the site’s owners, said: “Cheval Collection’s decades of experience in serviced apartments made it the obvious choice for this development, which we hope will reinvigorate and further strengthen this corner of the city centre. We expect the property to appeal to the local community, especially with its restaurant & bar on the ground floor.”

John Philipson, Chief Operating Officer for Cheval Collection, said: “Our continued growth of the portfolio reinforces our ambition to take on new management contracts both in the domestic and overseas markets.
