Cheval Collection moves to the Cloud with RMS

The company currently operates eight Cheval Residences in central London and recently won a management contract for a development in Dubai featuring 280 serviced and residential apartments under its new Cheval Maison brand.

Luxury apartment operator Cheval Collection is upgrading its property management system, entering into a technology partnership with RMS Cloud, which has developed an industry-leading solution used by 6000+ properties.

Cheval Collection CEO George Westwell said the decision to choose RMS Cloud technology was made with an eye on the future.

We’ve made a long-term decision in the best interests of Cheval,” he said. “Moving our technology platform to the cloud will give us the scope and flexibility we need as the business continues to evolve.”

Westwell commented that Cheval Collection is continually assessing other opportunities and wanted to work with a technology company that could easily scale and adapt.

We looked at numerous property management systems and chose RMS Cloud because we felt it was an excellent fit for our business – it’s agile, intuitive and a good all-round choice,” Westwell said.

Jeff Swanson, Managing Director Europe for RMS Cloud, added: “We are delighted to be working with Cheval Collection – they operate some of the best properties in Europe and have an exceptional reputation.”

With a beautiful collection of serviced apartments, townhouses and penthouses in some of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, Cheval Collection offers more than just a home and makes life blissfully easy for guests.

Cheval Collection properties dominate the London TripAdvisor rankings with Cheval Three Quays #1 (pictured above) ahead of 1567 other properties in the specialist lodging category, while Cheval Gloucester Park #3, Cheval Thorney Court #7 and Cheval Knightsbridge #9 are also in the Top Ten.

Visitors can also stay at Cheval Phoenix House (#13) at Sloane Square or Cheval Harrington Court  (#14) in South Kensington.

Each of the residences, which all have their own individual style yet all share the same ethos and levels of service, offers a dedicated concierge service to support any guests’ needs, from making personal travel arrangements and taking care of laundry to organising a chef to come in and cook in the apartments fully equipped kitchens.

A welcome hamper in each of the apartments ensures guests have all the basics and some added luxuries they need upon arrival.
