CIIC partners with BLLA to support boutique hotels

The campaigns were developed by BLLA to assist independent boutique hotels during this crisis with connections and crucial resources, as well as grow global awareness for boutique hotels to business and leisure travelers as travel begins to resume.

NEW YORK, NY – Carolyn Izzo Integrated Communications (CIIC) and Boutique Lifestyle Leaders Association (BLLA) announced today their partnership that will provide BLLA member hotels a complimentary consultation on crisis communication responses and recovery. CIIC will also act as official public relations firm for BLLA in developing an enhanced program to help promote the association’s current campaigns of #BoutiqueStrong and #SaveBoutiqueHotels.

These campaigns were developed by BLLA to assist independent boutique hotels during this crisis with connections and crucial resources, as well as grow global awareness for boutique hotels to business and leisure travelers as travel begins to resume.

“Now is more important than ever to support the boutique community, to educate the brands we’re so passionate about and strengthen the boutique world not only during this crucial time, but into the future,” said CIIC President Carolyn Izzo-Feldman.

“As two female-driven businesses and early adopters of boutique businesses, CIIC and BLLA are a natural alliance. We’re thrilled to evolve our partnership to share our unique perspectives with hotels in need,” said Frances Kiradjian, Founder & CEO of BLLA.

Next, CIIC will join BLLA’s April 29 webinar on ‘The Boutique Hotel’s Crisis Guide to Marketing, Branding & Communication.’ Attendees can register to watch CIIC founder and president Carolyn Izzo-Feldman and other expert panelists discuss communications best practices during a crisis.

The #SaveBoutiqueHotels and #BoutiqueStrong campaigns will unite content and insights from independent hoteliers, industry professionals and boutique enthusiasts in encouragement of their favorite boutique hotels. Joined by a shared love of boutique hotels and a desire to support independent brands in a challenging time, the CIIC and BLLA partnership will emphasize a longstanding dedication to the boutique lifestyle.
