Element announces strategic reseller partnership with Traveknowledgy at this year’s Travel Tech Show

Agreement enables the travel tech specialist to provide TMCs and OTAs with automation technology for post-booking processes.

Element announced a Value Added Reseller (VAR) agreement with Traveknowledgy, the travel technology company that automates the complex post-booking processes for TMCs and OTAs. Element is now adding Traveknowlegy’s advanced GDS-agnostic automation solution technology to its growing portfolio.

Traveknowledgy enables TMCs and OTAs across the world to transform post-booking processes into profit. The GDS-agnostic automation solution allows users to create and manage any post-booking process in the GDS environment. Traveknowledgy’s revenue-boosting modules can also increase margins on existing reservations, meaning that automated processes and operational costs are kept under control.

Gavin Smith, Director at Element comments: “TMCs need cutting edge travel technology to remain competitive and provide their existing and potential clients with the user experience their travellers want. I have been really impressed with Traveknowledgy’s technology, which provides one single access point, making it simple for TMCs to automate their processes thereby solving complex manual process problems, reducing errors and minimizing operational costs. Traveknowledgy is an excellent addition to our expanding portfolio.”

Maxim Sevastianov, CEO of Traveknowledgy, said: “Gavin and his team have an extensive knowledge of the industry and travel tech and they are fully conversant with our  technology. They are a perfect fit for us. Their mission is to give smaller TMCs the edge they need to compete in today’s market with the latest technology. Our scalable technology enables any TMC to create and manage workflows seamlessly, automating all aspects of post-booking processes. I am looking forward to developing this partnership with Gavin and the team.”

We are excited to be working with Dan and his team to bring new solutions to corporates and TMCs.”

Dan Raine, CEO of Unlocked Data, said: “We work hard to be easy to do business with, and deploying our software is a simple turn-key experience. However, we find that TMCs & buyers can need help getting their various systems aligned to make the most of our solution.”
