Enchantment Group appoints new Corporate Director of Marketing and Corporate Associate Director of Brand Marketing

The pair will lend their expertise to Enchantment Group’s distinguished collection of award-winning properties.

SCOTTSDAEL, AZ – Enchantment Group, a leader in the development, management and experiential programming of luxury boutique resorts, announced the appointment of Andrea Palomo to Corporate Director of Marketing and the internal promotion of Erica Kline to Corporate Associate Director of Brand Marketing. Both seasoned professionals in sales and marketing for luxury hospitality clients, the pair will lend their expertise to Enchantment Group’s distinguished collection of award-winning properties, including Enchantment Resort, Mii amo destination spa, and Seven Canyons Luxury Community in Sedona, AZ; the Tides Inn in Irvington, VA; and The Cove, Eleuthera in the Bahamas.

Andrea Palomo, Corporate Director of Marketing
Formerly Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships at See it Sideways, a Scottsdale-based boutique marketing agency, Palomo brings 7 years of experience to her newrole as Corporate Director of Marketing for Enchantment Group. A motivated and talented brand and digital marketing strategist, she has worked with a variety of global lifestyle and luxury brands to successfully direct brand strategy and implement customized campaigns and marketing solutions. In her new role, Palomo will be responsible for creating comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive top-line revenue, portfolio awareness, and consumer loyalty across all properties. She will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to support Enchantment Group’s goal to position the brand as the market leader in luxury experiential travel. Palomo is a graduate of the University of Oregon, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Erica Kline, Corporate Associate Director of Brand Marketing
Since joining the team in 2015, Kline has been integral in developing and strengthening creative marketing strategy for both the Enchantment Group brand and its individual property assets. Her experience in the hospitality industry ranges from managing sales leads to spearheading digital marketing plans and establishing cohesive and impactful brand identification. In her new role, Kline will be responsible for supporting Enchantment Group’s marketing and creative strategy, messaging guidelines, photography efforts, print and digital collateral, and more. She will also play a key role in developing and implementing an internal culture branding plan, as well as providing onboarding education to new hotel executive team members. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Arizona State University.
