Expedia Affiliate Network to support eSky’s global expansion through hotel partnership

Under the new agreement, EAN will significantly enhance eSky’s hotel inventory in Europe and become the exclusive accommodation provider for Latin American points of sale.

LONDON – Expedia Affiliate Network (EAN) is celebrating its selection by eSky, a leading online travel agent (‘OTA’) in Central and Eastern Europe, for a hotel supply partnership that will help power the OTA’s continued expansion across Europe and Latin America.

Headquartered in Katowice, Poland, eSky has grown rapidly since launch in 2004 and today operates points of sale in 18 markets globally, serving 4.8m customers and employing more than 600 people. As well as being a leader in the OTA market in Central and Eastern Europe, the company is also one of the largest agents in Central and South America under its eDestinos brand.

Under the new agreement, EAN will significantly enhance eSky’s hotel inventory in Europe and become the exclusive accommodation provider for Latin American points of sale. EAN will support eSky’s hotel-only and package offers, giving the OTA access to EAN’s extensive network of more than 290,000 accommodations in popular destinations and its great rates on package deals.

A key factor in eSky’s decision was EAN’s ability to offer customers the choice and flexibility to pay for their hotel reservation at the time of booking or upon arrival. This capability is just one aspect of EAN’s huge breadth of technology solutions and enterprise-class support, which enable partners to configure EAN integrations according to the unique requirements of their own business.

Chris Wallis, Regional Commercial Director, CEEMA, EAN Brand, says: “We are excited to be supporting eSky’s expansion with our worldwide portfolio of accommodations and ever-growing range of partner technology solutions. With more than 20 years at the leading edge of travel technology, we have the scale, experience and insights to help eSky maximise its performance and continue delighting its customers.”

Lukasz Neska, Chief Marketing Officer, eSky Group, says: “EAN is the perfect partner to help eSky and eDestinos expand their dynamic package offers and support our group’s ambitious growth plans. Whether our customers are based in Poland, Romania, Brazil or Peru, and regardless of where they are travelling, they will benefit from a world-class booking experience that reflects the customer service ethos of the eSky Group.”
