Located at 1199 Berri Street, the property will feature Fairfield’s bright and inviting decor including smart, inventive public spaces and functional guest rooms. The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Sunray Group of Hotels.

The breakfast area’s signature farm table provides a central gathering place where guests can watch television, meet up with colleagues or get work done.
