Festive Road announces four new hires to deliver outsourced travel management services

These professionals will operate as an extension of the client’s internal travel team to help the organisation accomplish its broader goals through its travel programme.

Festive Road, the global consultancy on a mission to #CreateBetter travel & meetings management, continues to expand its team with the addition of four new Roaders to support outsourced travel management services for its global clients.

The new appointments include:

  • Traci Aultman – Travel Category Analyst: Based in the US, Traci arrives from RELX where she was Senior Manager of Global Travel. With more than 20 years in the industry, she has held previous positions at Accenture, CenturyLink and WorldCom in the areas of category management, procurement, and meetings and events.
  • Sally Higgs – Travel & Events Sustainability Manager: Based in the UK, Sally joins from American Express Global Business Travel, where she held a client management position as well as being a Sustainability Champion. She brings more than 20 years of experience with roles at Capita Travel, GSM Travel Management, and Thomas Cook.
  • Sean Melchionno – Travel Category Analyst: Based in the US, Sean brings more than 10 years of experience, most recently with Staples in a Senior Analyst role. He has also held industry roles at Atlas Travel and Flight Centre Travel Group. 
  • Jackie Visnic – Hotel Category Analyst: Based in the US, Jackie comes from American Express Global Business Travel, where she most recently served as a Senior Consulting Manager. With more than 30 years of experience in the travel industry, Jackie’s previous experience includes roles at Apple Vacations and Rosenbluth International.

Speaking of the appointments, Festive Road head of Outsourced Travel Management Louise Kilgannon said, “Our outsourced travel offering is growing significantly as clients find value in leveraging our team to support their overall travel programme goals. Each of our newest Roaders brings vital expertise to help serve our client in their outsourced roles, and we’re thrilled to have them onboard.”
