Geraldine Dobey becomes the GM at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group

Taking the role as the new general manager, Dobey will be overseeing the operations of Mandarin Oriental, Geneva and Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has officially appointed Geraldine Dobey to take up the role of new general manager at Mandarin Oriental, Paris. This new appointment will see Dobey return to the group, having previously worked as part of the leadership team at the Geneva property.

Taking the role as the new general manager, Dobey will be overseeing the operations of Mandarin Oriental, Geneva and Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech, and jackpotjill casino online might just be established in the hotel.

Growing up in Ireland, she started her career in the hotel industry back in 1991 and went on to hold several operational positions before taking the role of hotel manager at the Hilton London Mews back in 1999, showing the progress in her career.

She has also held the role of hotel manager at the Hilton London Hyde Park while she took the role of director of operations at the Langham Hilton.

Back in 2003, the Hilton Group ended up appointing her as the general manager of the Hilton Paris, and she held up the position for five years before moving on to take charge of the Hilton Arc de Triomphe and the Hotel Barriere Le Fouquet's Paris. Having spent some time working in Paris, she could be called an expert in the Parisian market. Dobey will be taking the reign at the luxurious five-star Mandarin Oriental, Paris to strengthen its position as one of the foremost luxury hotels in the city.

Speaking about her new role at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Dobey said: “I’m delighted to join Mandarin Oriental, Paris and its professional and passionate team which is renowned for the high quality of service it delivers with style.

“As a true lover of Paris, I am proud and enthusiastic to lead one of the city’s most vibrant hotels, where contemporary Parisian elegance blends with Oriental refinement.” In other news, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has officially appointed Richard Langonne as the General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing and he will be taking over from Mark S Bradford, who reign in the role for three-and-half years.

Just like Geraldine Dobey, Richard has been handed the role to establish Mandarin Oriental hotel as a dominant force in the southern China city of Shenzhen, and several Americancasinosites will be keeping an eye out for the hotel.

Richard Langonne will be overseeing all operations at the luxurious hotel, with 73 rooms, at the centre of China's capital, while also maintaining its reputation.

Richard has almost two decades of experience when it comes to a luxurious hotels, he was previously taking the role of Hotel Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. He was able to supervise the daily operations of the hotel while strengthening the positioning of the Group's flagship property.
