Globick and Juniper close a strategic agreement for in- destination activities distribution

The agreement will enable the B2B platform to expand its distribution capabilities worldwide by accessing Juniper and Cangooroo's 400+ customers. For its part, Juniper will have access to a portfolio of more than 35,000 activities, tours and attractions products in more than 1,300 destinations through Globick connectivity and Globick catalog solutions at preferential terms.

 

BARCELONA / PALMA DE MALLORCA - Globick, a B2B platform designed to connect the travel industry with an extensive portfolio of tickets, tours and activities in more than 1,300 destinations, has announced a strategic alliance with Juniper, a leader in technology solutions for the travel industry.

This new agreement will allow Globick to increase its capacity to distribute activities in the more than 50 countries where Juniper is present, particularly in Spain, the United States, Colombia and Brazil. In addition, the B2B platform will have direct access to the more than 400 customers of the Juniper Booking Engine and Cangooroo Booking Engine brands, which include, among others, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), wholesalers, DMCs and bedbanks.

Juniper will gain access - with preferential conditions - to Globick's portfolio of destination activity products, consisting of more than 35,000 tickets, tours and activities in more than 1,300 destinations worldwide through two solutions:

  • Globick CONNECTIVITY: provider of API connectivity to an extensive catalog of more than 30,000 products in more than 1,300 destinations worldwide, allowing to maintain agreements and direct rates with each provider. Juniper becomes the first customer to integrate the latest version of the API, which enables better response times and new services.  
  • Globkick CATALOG: solution where, via API or using the agency portal, all products in Globick's portfolio can be acquired as a wholesaler through a single contract and a single integration.
