Canada government’s $960,300 investment is to replace an aircraft rescue and firefighting vehicle and associated equipment at the Sault Ste. Marie Airport.

Terry Sheehan, Member of Parliament for Sault Ste. Marie, on behalf of the Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport, announced the government's $960,300 investment to replace an aircraft rescue and firefighting vehicle and associated equipment at the Sault Ste. Marie Airport.
The funding comes through Transport Canada's Airports Capital Assistance Program. Since the Program's launch in 1995, the Government of Canada has provided more than $784 million for 900 projects at 182 airports across the country.
