SkyTouch Technology’s customer centric focus was key in GrandStay’s decision to change Property Management System provider.
GrandStay Hospitality, LLC, the franchisor for GrandStay Hotels, and SkyTouch Technology, a premier Property Management System (PMS) vendor, announce a deal that will bring SkyTouch Hotel OS to the hotel brand's 41 properties.

"Because we are a 24-hour operation, we also needed support that is available 24 hours a day by phone, email or chat."
SkyTouch Hotel OS features an easy-to-use mobile interface that is purpose-built for hoteliers to spend less time on the technology, and focus more time on hotel guests. SkyTouch was created by hoteliers for hoteliers, and has been installed in 7,000 hotels comprising more than half a million rooms. Offering 24/7 support for its more than 70,000 users, SkyTouch understands the needs of hotel owners across the world.
"Our goal is to enable the Grandstay team to grow their brand and help their properties achieve success," said SkyTouch CEO Todd Davis.
