Hilton Aventura Miami has made recent leadership changes and announce a new Director of Sales and Executive Chef – as outlined below:

German Villa, Director of Sales & Marketing at Hilton Aventura Miami
Hilton Aventura Miami welcomes seasoned industry veteran German Villa as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. With more than 15 years of experience, Villa has a proven track record of leading luxury resorts and teams, including Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Resort & Spa, Trump International Beach Resort and Ocean Point Resort & Spa, among others.

In this new role, Villa will be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing, developing strategies for revenue growth, managing and leading sales team members, and working with marketing partners to ensure consistent messaging and communication strategies.

Marcos Flores, Executive Chef at Hilton Aventura Miami
Hilton Aventura Miami announces a new Executive Chef in 20-year industry veteran, Marcos Flores. Hailing from Fort Lauderdale Marriott North, where he served as Executive Chef, and with previous roles at Le Meridien by Marriott in Dania Beach and the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood, Chef Flores is no stranger to large-scale projects nor South Florida.

In this new role, he will oversee all food and beverage execution and operation at the hotel’s venues, including its signature restaurant Gala, serving South American infused cuisine and traditional favorites for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, as well as the poolside bar and grill and room service offerings. Additionally, boasting the area’s second-largest grand ballroom and one of few with its own events kitchen, Hilton Aventura Miami is built to cater to meetings, banquets, and special events, a component that as Executive Chef, Flores will also oversee – ensuring quality, consistency and inventiveness for groups of all sizes.
