Hostelworld has launched a new in-app experience called Hostel Noticeboard. The new feature can be found in the My Trips section of the app and is designed to bring to light the huge variety of unique events hosted in hostels.
Users are able to browse through the range of events being held at the hostels, pick which ones they’d like to attend and download them to their calendar so they don’t miss out on the day.
Hostelworld Noticeboard will further fuel the coming together of people from all corners of the globe who are looking to meet the world. With an array of activities on offer in hostels, from walking tours, cooking lessons and beer Olympics to Happy Hours, BBQs and movie nights, there’s something for everyone!

Initially launching for 150 hostels in English markets, Hostelworld plans to roll the technology out hostel wide in the near future.
The Hostelworld app is free to download from both the App Store and Google play.
