The goal of the founders of Hotailors is to become a key player in the local market and one of the leading players in the global business travel market.

Travel Manager, the owner of the Hotailors brand, which offers a comprehensive tool for booking business trips, has secured 23 million euros from DC24 ASI. The amount raised will be used for further development of the company on international markets (USA, MENA), the launch of new products (insurance and financial), and the rebranding process of Hotailors to WorkTrips.com.

"We managed to survive the most difficult pandemic period for the industry. It was a time of major redundancies and restructuring among agents specializing in business travel. We used this time to expand our sales team, develop our technology and IT department and strengthen our visibility. We are now seeing an upturn in the market and the return of multinational corporations to business travel. The investment round we have raised will allow us to strengthen our position in international markets where we are already present and to enter new ones, including African countries. It is worth noting that we are currently rebranding to WorkTrips.com and part of the funds raised will be allocated to marketing activities" says Filip Błoch, CEO and co-founder of Hotailors.

Travel Manager makes it easy for companies to organize business trips, specializing in handling travel for external employees (i.e. those working on contracts). The Hotailors application allows for the quick booking of airline tickets and hotels and the organization of business trips within employee limits, while the company receives one collective invoice. The Poznan-based company gives customers access to complete knowledge of business travel costs and real-time management. It also gives real-time control over expenses. The company's solution is adapted to the needs of international clients who use the application of the Polish company on a daily basis.

"The breakthrough in our story was primarily the integration with global technology giant SAP. Today, our solution is published in the SAP Concur App Center and provides seamless integration to synchronize travel data and transfer the cost of a non-staff employee to the SAP Concur system. This ensures the solution meets all integration standards with international companies using our solution including Google, Vodafone, and Microsoft. We are not slowing down, which is also proved by offering new products, including the possibility of purchasing travel insurance and cancellation insurance from our partner Axa Partners" adds the CEO.

The goal of the founders of Hotailors is to become a key player in the local market and one of the leading players in the global business travel market. From 9-12 May, the company participates in the largest travel industry conference in the Arab countries - Arabian Travel Market 2022 in Dubai. During the fair, the startup will compete for a prize of USD 500,000 in the ATM-Draper-Aladdin Startup Competition.
