ATLANTA – Hotel owner, operator, and development firm Hotel Equities announce the addition of Lindsay Meadows to the team as Director of Procurement. She is responsible for providing elevated focus and oversight of HE’s purchasing strategy, vendor relationships, and corporate rebate programs. She reports directly to Al Smith, President of Operations.
“Lindsay has a diverse and distinguished 20-year hospitality career with progressive roles in Food & Beverage, Finance, and Procurement,” says Smith, “She has been both strategic and innovative in her roles, leading development and deployment of best-in-class enterprise-wide programs focused on supporting and driving operational performance improvements. We are lucky to have her as a new member of our team.”
Prior to joining HE, Lindsay worked in both operations and finance for several notable management groups where she has been a part of hotel openings, process improvement, and the development and execution of streamlined procurement departments. She holds a B.A. from Colorado State University in Political Studies and a B.S. from the University of Phoenix in Finance and Accounting.

Lindsay’s forward-thinking strategies to further develop vendor relationships, in addition to the relationships she has maintained throughout her career, will certainly bring value to HE and its stakeholders. Having had the experience of being a former Regional Director of Finance & Audit, Senior Manager of Global Sourcing, and Director of Purchasing, Lindsay will provide key insight to push the operations agenda in a global direction.
