Opened in 1910, Hotel Lutetia remains the only palace hotel on the Left Bank of Paris. Located in the bohemian St. Germain neighborhood among galleries, boutiques and nightlife, the Art Nouveau icon is moments away from Le Bon Marche, the world's first department store. During the 1930s, Hotel Lutetia became the epicenter of the city's intellectual, cultural and artistic life, with visitors such as James Joyce and Ernest Hemingway, and residents including Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse.

The renovation will honor the building's storied past while adding contemporary flair and innovative design. Of the 184 rooms, fully one-quarter will be suites, including seven individually designed suites and a penthouse. True to the hotel's creative history, curated art and photography will decorate each room.
The refreshed Hotel Lutetia will feature a variety of eating and drinking establishments. A favorite among locals and visitors alike, the Lutetia Brasserie will feature 180 seats split across two levels. A new internal courtyard adjacent to the famed Salon St. Germain will offer light dining for up to 40 guests in an airy setting adorned with plants. Those looking for a night out will enjoy the spectacular Jazz Bar Aristide, and a Cigar Bar with a private club atmosphere. The Akasha spa, extending over 7,500 square feet, will provide a holistic approach to wellbeing, fitness and relaxation together with a 57-foot indoor pool.
