Hoteles City Express announces the opening of three new hotels

City Express Merida.

City Express Junior Puebla Angelopolis, City Express Altamira and City Express Merida.

MEXICO CITY – Hoteles City Express, S.A.B. de C.V. announced the opening of City Express Junior Puebla Angelopolis, City Express Altamira and an expansion of the existing City Express Merida hotel, reaching 127 hotels in operation and more than 14,200 available rooms.

City Express Junior Puebla Angelopolis has 122 available rooms and was developed under a co-owned scheme. Hoteles City Express reinforces its brand presence in the region with this new opening, the sixth property the Company has in the city of Puebla – a location with solid economic fundamentals and significant potential for demand growth.

City Express Altamira has 127 available rooms and was developed under a co-owned scheme. This hotel will benefit from economic activity flowing from new investments in the region due to energy reforms.

Finally, the expansion of City Express Merida – also a co-owned property – represents an increase of 42 additional rooms to the existing 130 rooms. This expansion aims to take advantage of economic growth in the city, which is also a major tourist drawcard.
