Two new properties have joined HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts' portfolio of independent hotels in the Netherlands. These hotels, located in Eindhoven and Amsterdam, belong to The Student Hotel brand, and will be represented on the GDS (Global Distribution Systems) under the HO chain code.

The Student Hotel connects students, entrepreneurs, leisure and business travellers in communal areas that boast designer living and dining spaces and leisure facilities. The result is an inspirational environment that fosters collaboration and idea sharing.
The Student Hotel Eindhoven is a complex with 400 rooms located next to the Central Station, the campus of the Technical University Eindhoven, the renowned Design Academy Eindhoven and the city centre. The site is part of a larger redevelopment project – Light Courts – which was dormant from 2008 until The Student Hotel became the first investor to kick start the project in 2015. This hub of spacious, contemporary design and stylish modern rooms is situated in the heart of the city. Each comfortable guestroom – in a range of formats from Standard to Suite – offers an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, televisions, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Smaller rooms give access to shared kitchens, while the suites come equipped with kitchenettes, letting guests prepare food and drinks at their leisure.
Meanwhile, The Student Hotel Amsterdam City – the company's flagship property – offers similarly cheerful and vibrant design accommodation.
Both hotels, now under the HotelREZ GDS portfolio, contain on-site gyms and laundry facilities for added convenience. The on-site restaurant, 'The Pool', serves fresh, healthy international comfort food designed to tempt workers and residents to sit down and savour, have delivered to their desk or grab as take away, as well as a fully-stocked bar dedicated to cold pressed juices and cocktails.
In March 2017 the first TSH COLLAB will be launched, offering flexible workspaces, Angel Investor desks, a 150-seat auditorium, BedTalks connection areas, 574 rooms, suites and studios, a swimming pool, a world-class gym, The Pool restaurant, an outdoor terrace, a bar, parking, bicycles and more, all under one roof.
