IDS Next completes 2-way integration of its Hotel ERP with STAAH

STAAH’s channel manager is in use at over 5,000 hotels across 70 countries. It connects its hotel partners with over 200 leading OTAs.

BANGALORE – IDS Next Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a globally leading Hotel ERP provider has announced the integration of its hotel property management system with STAAH’s channel manager platform.

With this integration in place, mutual clients of both IDS Next and STAAH can now pull out real-time inventory data from the hotel property management system and can push the same to connected OTAs via STAAH’s channel manager solution.

“As our hotel clients’ trusted technology partner, we do everything to help them sell more rooms in order to generate maximum revenue. The 2-way integration will automatically send inventory from the hotel PMS to STAAH’s platform. Similarly, bookings captured in OTAs will flow back to the hotel PMS via STAAH. This helps them increase their online visibility with less effort,” said Binu Mathews, Chief Executive Officer at IDS Next.

Currently, IDS Next’s hotel PMS is in use at over 4,300 hotels across the globe. IDS Next’s clients using STAAH channel manager platform can now leverage this integration to ensure automatic distribution of room availability on multiple OTAs. Due to this automated 2-way transfer of inventory and booking, hotels don’t have to log into each of the OTA’s extranet to update the same manually. It also efficiently assists hotels to do away with errors related to bookings and cancellations.

Speaking about the partnership, Gavin Jeddo, Founder & Director at STAAH Ltd said, “This association reinforces our mission and strategy to partner with technology leaders that deliver significant value to properties. Both STAAH and IDS Next are committed to providing solutions that enable properties to compete more effectively in a dynamic online space.”

STAAH’s channel manager is in use at over 5,000 hotels across 70 countries. It connects its hotel partners with over 200 leading OTAs. STAAH’s industry-leading channel manager allows properties to continuously promote available rooms on all their booking channels and immediately update inventory across those channels when a booking is made.

Commenting on the impact of this integration, Pankaj Gupta, Deputy General Manager– Marketing & eCommerce at Mayfair Hotels & Resorts said, “This integration guarantees us that our inventory is distributed and updated across OTAs precisely. Additionally, the channel manager sends back booking / cancellation / amendment done in OTAs to the PMS. The hotel PMS and the channel manager now talk to each other and facilitate a seamless 2-way flow of data. We don’t have to now monitor this time consuming activity manually”.
