Former Marriott International executive hired as Chief Operating Officer.

PROVO, UTAH - Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group (LDHG) announced that Scott McAllister, formerly of Marriott International, Inc., will assume the duties of Chief Operating Officer at the award-winning, hotel development and management company. Most recently, McAllister served as Area Vice President of Lodging Development for Marriott.

Following a diverse, 27-year career at Marriott, McAllister searched for a firm that he felt had the values, reputation, growth potential, and standards consistent with the direction he wanted to take his career. "As I was considering my own career opportunities, Lodging Dynamics was the best and only company that could motivate me to leave Marriott," remarked McAllister. "My reputation in the hotel industry has been forged over many years. For me, it is important to work with a company that consistently delivers on the highest standards and results with the greatest team and the strongest culture."

While at Marriott, Mr. McAllister developed competencies in all aspects of the hotel industry; throughout his career, McAllister's responsibilities ranged from sales, marketing, and revenue management, to development and operating roles throughout Marriott's premium brand, select service, and extended-stay market segments. During his most recent 6 years as VP of Lodging Development, McAllister added over 150 new hotels into the Marriott portfolio.

McAllister will be responsible for overseeing the hotel management division of Lodging Dynamics; his duties will include the facilitation of continued growth for Lodging Dynamics through new unit growth, development and maintenance of strong owner relations, and continuing to improve top line and NOI performance. In addition to operating responsibilities, McAllister will provide additional expertise to Lodging Dynamics' development and acquisition divisions. "When the opportunity to hire Scott McAllister came our way, it was an easy decision because Scott's skillset and experience are perfectly aligned with both our growth and operating strategy," stated Joel Sybrowsky, President and CEO of Lodging Dynamics. He continued, "As Lodging Dynamics continues to grow through acquisition, development, and third-party management activities, McAllister will help Lodging Dynamics maintain its high standards for operational performance."
