NEW YORK - Inkaterra Hotels, Peru's leader in sustainable tourism and luxury hospitality, has extended 2020 rates through December 31, 2021 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The brand, which owns seven hotels and lodges throughout Peru, will honor its current room rates through next year to cater to travelers whose plans are temporarily on hold due to the pandemic.
"Tourism is a source of inspiration for everyone, everywhere, as we humans need to move, to explore, and to experience the diversity of nature and culture abroad; travel makes us wiser and more empathetic, it allows us to feel free," says Jose Koechlin, founder and chairman of Inkaterra. "Eventually, COVID-19 will fade away, but your travel bucket list will not: we look forward to welcoming travelers back to Peru with Inkaterra as soon it is safe to do so."
