Insignia Hospitality Group opens a Courtyard by Marriott in Houston, Texas

HOUSTON – Insignia Hospitality Group, Inc., a leading hotel developer and operator located in Midland, Texas announced the opening of the Courtyard by Marriott Houston I-10 West/Memorial. The 128-room hotel, located at 9444 Katy Freeway offers guests convenient access to the Memorial City Mall, City Centre and the Energy Corridor.

The Courtyard by Marriott Houston I-10 West/Memorial features the brand’s latest lobby design, where guests can enjoy an open and modern environment outside of their rooms. As an extension to Courtyard’s inviting public spaces, the newly designed Bistro is the epicenter of the lobby, which fosters social connections and collaboration with more flexible and informal seating options. As an ideal casual dining destination, the new Bistro offers guests a wide variety of fresh Classic American menu items with a contemporary twist. In the evening, the Bistro Bar also features an array of cocktails, beer and wine for guests to enjoy at the end of the day.

Each spacious guestroom offers either a king-size bed with a sofa-bed or two queen-size beds, it also features a light desk on wheels, allowing guests to work from anywhere in the room. Signature furniture and architectural elements replace traditional art in the new guestroom. Each room also provides the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access their Hulu and Netflix accounts, as well as YouTube through the 55-inch HDTV.

The six-story hotel features a well-equipped fitness center, a spacious second-floor terrace with two fire pits, guest laundry and offers two meeting rooms with 3,487 square feet of meeting space and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
