GODALMING – Leading villa and self-catering specialist Interhome has appointed former Perfect Weddings Abroad founder Danny Waine as its new Business Development Manager – UK & Ireland. Waine will be tasked with further accelerating the rapid growth that Interhome has experienced in recent years in the UK & Irish markets.
A market leader in Germany, France and Switzerland, Interhome continues to see a steep rise in demand from the UK & Ireland as it rolls out a highly ambitious expansion strategy. In business year 2018, the company generated double-digit growth, with the vast majority of its sales coming via the trade.
Interhome operates in-resort offices in 9 countries, offering unrivalled service to customers and homeowners. In Switzerland it is the sole distributor of the newly built Swisspeak Resorts and in the UK the company has vastly expanded its product with a range of holiday homes and apartments over the last 12 months.
Waine said: “After 3,5 years at international fashion and design school Istituto Marangoni, I’m excited to be back in the industry and to build on the strong foundation Interhome has in the UK and Ireland.
