Jetstream joins forces with Autohost and Superhog to offer a seamless booking experience

Autohost and Superhog  are partnered to lead trust and safety in the hospitality industry, giving property managers the tools they need to verify bookings and minimize risk in order to scale their business.

VANCOUVER – Jetstream Hospitality Solutions, the all-in-one technology platform powering the rise of multi-unit properties entering the short-term rental market, has engaged with Autohost and Superhog  to provide a seamless booking experience with full guest verification and embedded insurance.

Jetstream combines best-in-class marketing expertise and distribution technology with high-quality customer support to deliver guest delight, streamline operations and reduce financial risk.

Autohost and Superhog are partnered to lead trust and safety in the hospitality industry, giving property managers the tools they need to verify bookings and minimize risk in order to scale their business.

The 3-way partnership means they now provide comprehensive guest screening and verification as part of the booking process – resulting in significant operational efficiencies, as well as a seamless booking experience for the guest. Once verified, the guest is backed with $1m USD of Host Liability and $1m USD of Damage Protection for their booking. Without the need for cumbersome damage deposits and credit card holds, this is a significant step towards a completely touch-free booking experience – with immense benefit to operational profitability, guest satisfaction and asset protection.

Emmanuel Lavoie, CEO of Jetstream, said: “We’re excited to partner with Autohost and Superhog to offer our customers this innovative solution to guest booking. By streamlining the guest verification process, we’re able to provide our property owners and managers with both cost and time efficiencies, as well as greater asset protection, and the assurance that they’re providing their guests a first-rate, seamless experience. This capability is a first in the industry and we’re proud to work with Autohost and Superhog to pave the way for further innovation in operational workflows and property technology in the short-term and flexible rental space.”

Sean Blenkhorn, Head of Growth at Autohost, said: “By combining Autohost's intelligent guest screening and Superhog's damage protection into a single offering, we’re making security more accessible and cost-effective for Jetstream customers. It's partnerships like these that will make the vacation rental industry safer for operators, guests and the broader community.”

Humphrey Bowles, CEO of Superhog, said: “This relationship demonstrates meaningful collaboration to improve vacation rental experiences for property owners, managers and guests. Our mission is to solve the trust and protection gap and we’re excited to be working with Autohost and Jetstream to do just that.”
