JLL appoints Greg Childs as Executive Vice President of Hotels Advisory in Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Greg Childs joins JLL from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he was part of the Alternative Markets team specialising in hotels and serviced apartments.

LONDON – JLL has appointed Greg Childs as Executive Vice President of its Hotels Advisory business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) with immediate effect. He will lead the region’s operations and services across hotel development work, including operator searches, contract management, lease negotiations, and forward funding.

Childs joins JLL from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he was part of the Alternative Markets team specialising in hotels and serviced apartments. He brings significant expertise in hotel development, occupational leases, franchise and management contracts. Childs previously worked at JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group from 2003 to 2006.
