Kerten Hospitality’s Cloud7 brand debuts in Middle East

Cloud 7 Residence Ayla Aqaba to welcome guests with customized royalty experiences in August.

AQABA, JORDAN – Specialist mixed-use operator Kerten Hospitality is debuting its Cloud7 aspirational brand in the Middle East with the opening of Cloud7 Residence Ayla Aqaba in the heart of the game-changing lifestyle destination Ayla Resort.

A shinning model of seaside living, Cloud7 Residence will further diversify the tourism offerings in Aqaba, generating additional demand for luxury accommodations with its four apartment categories ranging from one to four bedrooms. Each of its 75 fully serviced apartments features a modern design that incorporates authentic Middle Eastern influences, impeccable service and warm hospitality that caters to different age groups in a cozy, family-friendly setting.

“We are thrilled to be joining the Ayla family with the opening of Cloud7 Residence in Jordan in such a trend-setting ‘bleisure’ destination that provides residents and guests a secluded location to work, relax, socialize, and exercise,” said Antony Doucet, Brand & Marketing Director at Kerten Hospitality and the pre-opening GM of the Cloud7 Residence in Jordan. “Thrill-seekers, nomadic travelers, wellness addicts, vacationers and residents will get a taste of our soft touch hospitality amidst a world of cuisines, plenty accommodation choices, entertainment and sports facilities.”

Personalized, royalty-like experiences and breathtaking views will offer visitors and residents unforgettable memories, with pristine beaches, walkable pathways, upscale facilities for dining, staying, relaxing and sports. Located in the heart of a unique oasis-style setting, the resort is nestled in turquoise, manmade lagoons, boosting a distinct design that resembles a visual hybrid of Marrakech and Mykonos. Meanwhile, a wide range of adrenaline-enthusing water sports, climbing walls, zip line and boot camp facilities will welcome adventure-seekers who are ready to jump, crawl, dive and almost fly, while golf lovers will have access to the only 18-hole, world-class golf course in the country.

Additionally, over 90 dining, entertainment and retail outlets will offer guests customized experiences during their long-term visits and staycations in the heart of the eco-friendly oasis and the Marina Village, which was also conceived to host artistic and cultural events all year round. Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine, local tea customs and sandwich boutiques as well as juice bars and healthy Grab and Go concepts will satisfy even the most discerning palates.

“The latest expansion of our aspirational lifestyle brand into this unique location that meets the needs of the savvy generation of travelers and guests seeking to own or rent a home in an idyllic urban-living environment demonstrates a demand for fresh and inspirational hospitality choices,” added Antony.

Just a five-minute drive from the city centre — the nearest access point to the world-known attractions of Petra and Wadi Rum — Ayla Aqaba is on Jordan’s Red Sea coast known for the best diving and snorkeling locations in the world. Soccer, tennis and basketball aficionados will be able to practice their passion on the resort’s modern courts.
