LABRANDA Hotels & Resorts adds two hotels and MPI CEO shifting focus to hotel brand

Only two years since its establishment, LABRANDA Hotels & Resort has become one of the fastest growing hotel group and CEO Roula Jouny is shifting focus to establish the brand, set standards and create a new success story to this fast growing hotel chain.

LABRANDA Hotels & Resorts, which was established as a subsidiary of Meeting Point International (MPI), has quickly made its name worldwide and brought one of its founders, Roula Jouny to lead the company as CEO. Jouny has been the founding CEO of Meeting Point International since its establishment in 2009. The successful performance of Jouny at the top of the company's management and in the process of transforming it into a world-class destination management company has paved the way for her to lead the fast growing global hotel chain LABRANDA into a new growth era.

Roula Jouny, CEO Meeting Point International, commented on this focus redirection: "We are aiming to achieve significant growth with LABRANDA Hotels & Resorts over the next few years and I am confident that the young company is set to make its mark in the leisure hospitality industry.”

In the past three months LABRANDA Hotels & Resorts added LABRANDA TMT in Bodrum, Turkey to its portfolio offering guests a fantastic beach holiday in a premium, ultra-all-inclusive resort with 329 rooms & suites, spa facilities, private beach access, swimming pools, sauna and tennis courts. The hotel group also recently announced the addition of LABRANDA BEX set to open 1st November in the Canarian capital Las Palmas.

Roula Jouny has since 2009 served as the founding CEO of Meeting Point International, the leading incoming agency network organization of the FTI Group. She comes with more than 20 years of experience in the travel industry and before she joined FTI Group, she worked as Sales and Marketing Manager in the Middle East region for "Saber", and prior to that she was the very successful General Manager of Travco Dubai. In addition to serving as CEO at Meeting Point International Jouny joined the top management of FTI Group as Chief Commercial Officer in 2015 leading quality management, supplier relations, trade relations and the global bed bank You Travel, which she will continue being responsible for.  

In Roula Jouny's statement on her new focus she also mentioned the hotels group investments: "Feeling pride of having achieved great success in 9 years at Meeting Point International, I am very happy to hand over the position to my colleagues.
